If you are not sure where you vote, contact the supervisor of elections office at 954-357-7050. YOU MUST VOTE AT YOUR ASSIGNED PRECINCT ON ELECTION DAY.

Candidates and proposals to be voted on are listed in a sample ballot posted whereever you vote and usually in the newspapers. Voting procedures will be demonstrated to you.

Your rights: If you go to your polling place, you must be allowed to vote. You cannot be turned away. If for some reason they don't have you listed as a registered voter, you can still vote with a provisional ballot. Then, once they confirm that you are registered and voted at the assigned precinct (polling location), your vote will be counted.

Judicial and school board elections, constitutional amendments and other issues are non-partisan and may be on the primary ballot. All registered voters may vote for those issues or candidates at primaries.

Florida's Universal Primary System allows all registered voters to vote in primaries whenever there are no opposing party candidates on the November ballot.
